Rebuild Todo List rebuild for podofo 0.10.0

Podofo 0.10.0 is a deep overhaul using C++17 and has some breaking changes. The soname has been bumped from 0 to 1.
Rebuild to staging. Note the podofo package now provides=(libpodofo.so), so dynamically linked packages should add depends=(libpodofo.so) to get proper dependency versioning in the future. If the module is not directly linked and the CLI tooling is used instead then depends=(podofo) is correct.
