webkit2gtk depends on libsoup, which is EOL: https://archlinux.org/todo/libsoup-2-eol/
The next minor release (2.52) of WebKitGTK will remove the 4.0 API.
Please check if you can build against webkit2gtk-4.1 instead, if you can remove the use of webkit2gtk, or if you can drop the package from the repos.
